Dr Natalie Bradford has a clinical background as paediatric oncology and palliative care nurse. Witnessing the burden of travel placed on families that sparked Natalie’s interest in health service models and telehealth. Natalie holds a Masters in Public Health and her PhD thesis investigated the use of home telehealth to support families and healthcare clinicians in rural and remote areas. Natalie has a keen interest in research, particularly health services research, investigating models of care for optimal health care delivery. Natalie is an adjunct Research Fellow with the University of Queensland’s Centre for Research Excellence in Telehealth. Natalie is also currently working with the Qld Youth Cancer Service mapping the epidemiology of cancer in adolescent and young adults and investigating models of health care delivery.
